Cancellation Policy
Policies (Please Read)
We do NOT offer refunds. If we are contacted within 72 hours of the hair appointment with something you are unhappy with, we are more than willing to accommodate you and make sure you’re happy by tweaking your hair for free if this is an issue with miscommunication, unmet expectations, or undesired outcome. If you decide you want something different than what you previously asked for and discussed with your stylist, that will be an additional charge.
Our cancelation policy states that we may charge a $50 fee for canceling late notice and charge 100% of the appointment if there is a no call/no show.
We also recommend you wear something you are willing to potentially get color on. We do our best to keep everything clean and mess free, but we are not perfect 100% of the time! We will not be held liable for damaged property and clothing.
